New Language Classes to be scheduled soon

We are pleased to have offered in the past several language classes that have been taught by dr. Ashley glassburn-Falzetti. dr. glassburn-falzett is Assistant professor of women’s and gender studies at the university of windsor, a Tribal Member, and Member of the Language Committee. keep Visiting the events tab for future class offerings. This is a fantastic opportunity for a current tribe Member, LANGUAGE, historical, or ANTHROPOLOGY scholar or teacher, or anyone from the general public. the purpose of the classes are for participants to learn about the Miami language and how to make sentences using the proper rules.we encourage all to try and make as many class levels as possible.

Every year the Tribal Council sponsors a week in July to allow the miami of indiana children to attend a language camp. there the Children experience many activities and healthy fellowship with other children while learning the Miami Language.
